GRAPHIC DESIGN POLICY

I understand that Creative Solutions JCD LLC (Joseph Woodstrup) is engaged in the business of providing services relating to graphic design and I'm interested in availing such service of this design company.
In furtherance to the above, I agree to and hereby engage the services of (Creative Solutions JCD LLC) J. W., and (Creative Solutions JCD LLC) J. W. hereby accepts the engagement to design and to do the work hereinafter specified in connection with the project.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES - Creative Solutions JCD LLC will provide the graphic design services described in the free quote, invoice, email, or written letter received.
PAYMENT - Shall be made to Joseph Woodstrup, Little Falls, Minnesota 56345, in the amount described in the invoice upon completion of the services or the 30 day limit. I agree that if I fail to pay for the services when due, Joseph Woodstrup has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of these terms, and may cancel the contract and/or seek legal remedies.
ADDITIONAL EDITING AND CHANGES - All additional changes must be submitted and approved by both parties in writing. I understand that additional charges or fees deemed necessary by Creative Solutions JCD LLC may occur.
TERM - Your contract will terminate automatically upon completion of the design by Creative Solutions JCD LLC required by the quote or invoice, unless you require long term ongoing services with Creative Solutions JCD LLC.
You have the option to choose the final image/design rights, as just you, both party's, or Creative Solutions JCD LLC. If you choose both party's then Creative Solutions JCD LLC has the right to reproduce the project in any form for marketing or other promotional uses. Creative Solutions JCD LLC will at no time use for personal profit use.
REPRODUCTION OF PRODUCT - Upon completion of all terms and outstanding balances owed to Creative Solutions JCD LLC, I understand that I am granted full and unlimited reproduction rights.
I agree that I will not reproduce or use design mock-ups, drafts, sketches etc. created by any Creative Solutions JCD LLC designers or Joseph Woodstrup during work on the project. Only the final design approved and delivered can be shared or reproduced.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - If for some reason you do not like the final look of the design after the free revision(s), Creative Solutions JCD LLC will refund your money. But, when the design is approved and delivered by digital download or by hand, the deal is considered final.
DEFAULT - The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under these terms:
-The failure to make a required payment when due.
-The insolvency or bankruptcy of either party.
-The subjection of any of either party's property to any levy, seizure, or general assignment.
-The failure to make available or deliver the services in the time and manner provided.
REMEDIES - I agree that if a party defaults by failing to perform any term or condition of the agreement, the other party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the defaulting party. This notice shall describe the default.
FORCE MAJEURE - I agree that if performance of these terms is prevented, restricted, or interfered with by causes beyond control, either party can cancel the agreement.
AMENDMENT - I understand these terms may be modified or amended in writing, if the writing is signed by the party obligated under the amendment.
NOTICE - I understand that any additional notice or communication required under these terms shall be sufficiently updated in this "terms & conditions" section on this website (www.creativesolutionsjcd.com).
